"My technician was Chris and was very friendly and helpful. Called before arrival to let me know exactly when he would be here. I was super nervous b/c I never had a home with a fireplace and have had to make repairs and was not hoping for a huge list of things for a company to tell me to fix. Quite the contrary. Chris helped me to understand how things worked, showed me the inside, ensured I understood how to open the flue/damper, we walked through the basement to ensure the connections with the water heater and boiler were not interfering with the chimney. He took ample time to clean and inspect the chimney. I was also excited to learn about the beauty and history of my Rookwood tiles. Very grateful that my 1915 construction home was done right and no major issues were found. Chris made a couple minor suggestions and I look forward to getting the estimate for them. Painless, professional, very clean as well. I was worried as obviously the chimney area is filthy and dust and stuff would come out and I have light colored furniture and nothing got dirty at all.
